Hi everyone!

My name is Mikey!  Today is D-day for me!  I just have one question!  Does anyone have any good tips on staying motivated? lol.  I am sure this is a tough question to answer but i usually find i can survive a few months before i break down and give up!

Thanks in advance

Mikey

Why don't you join one of the challenge groups, posting your progress will help you stay accountable!
Try:
http://www.freetrainers.com/community/groups/35/ - For beginners or those over 40
http://www.freetrainers.com/community/groups/39/ - More advanced
Or you can start your own challenge group to suit your needs.

Good luck!

You, know do one of those vision boards.. where you go buy a poster board and cut out pictures of how you want to look, or healthy food, clothes you would like to where , or a picture of what an actual pound of fat looks like, and put it up in your  kitchen..... take a picture of it with your phone , so when you are tempted to stray away , this will help you remember why you are doing what you are doing..

I have discovered it!  What to do to keep myself motivated!
My mother works on a deli counter and i went in there the other day and measured up 2lbs of fat.  When you drop it from your body it doesnt look like much because i drops from all over.  But hold it in your hand and it really shows how much it is!

I think i will try the groups though!  Sounds like a good way to keep an eye on things!

Thanks guys!
