Hello and welcome, mikemattia, it is good to have you on FT! First off, I would suggest filling out your profile and following the exercise program that it provides for you, along with the nutritional suggestions, that would be a great start!
Second, as I keep repeating here on FT, it takes 3500 calories to make or lose one pound of fat, so you would be losing approximately 1-2 pounds of fat per week depending upon your calorie intake and exercise. This type of weight loss also allows the body to shed the fat rather than muscle, also, that often accompanies quick weight loss. A combination of weight training and some cardio would benefit you, I seriously suggest the weight training as the more muscle the more calories burned.
