Hey guys! I've just joined here, hoping it will help me to shed the lbs ive put on over the years!

Im 24 from UK. When i was younger, i was one of those really annoying people who ate what they wanted and stayed slim - well it caught up with me in my 20's!
Last year i joined Slimming world and was going to the gym every morning at 6:30 am for an hour before work (trying to loose weight for holiday) well i shed a stone and managed to keep it off for almost a year...
My fiance is in the British Army and was deployed to Afghanistan in Sep 08, and since then, i became depresed, cancelled my gym membership, and spent my time sat indoors comfort eating and drinking wine!!!
He came back safe in Aril this year, and since he has been home, we moved into our first home and have been enjoying ourselfs, eating, drinking etc - and now i have gained almost as much as i lost last year...

I NEED to loose this weight and more!! Im 5'9 and want to loose 2 stone ideally... But its more my size and shape than my actual weight im bothered by.
I cant face the gym just yet so hoping some home excercise will start me off along with running - then hopefuuly gain confidence to get back to the gym - as i love the classes!

Sorry for the essay!! Hope everyone is havign a positive week! If anyone has been through similar, then get in contact!
Take care!
