Im new to this site. Losimng weight is my main goal. Also improving my running. I started running about 5 weeks ago, im up to 2 miles sometimes 3. I have just recently switch from the atkins diet, wasntt for me. Too much fat and red meat. Anyway looking forward to using this site!:big_smile:
