I am about a week old in 'free-trainer' days, and I really enjoy this site. My wife and I are finally getting 100% healthy, and we both use your workouts. I am so exited about this, and I hope I can use this motivation to bring as many people to this site as possible.
I only hope I can one day be giving back to this site as much as I have used. Thanks and God bless to all those involved with freetrainers.com. It is a God-send!

Welcome to FT! From reading your profile, it sounds like you have a GREAT attitude and that will take you a long way in achieving your goal. I'm a newbie here myself, but I know that with hard work and dedication, we can do this. Besides, if you've managed to kick the ol' Nicodemon, you can do ANYthing! (Says the voice of experience...lol) You'll find lots of great info on this site, with wonderful people just waiting to help you along the way, so good luck and again - welcome!
