I've heard this mentioned a few times and was wondering exactly what it was referring too.I'm just really interested in what to expect or not to expect from myself.Thank you in advance.

As a beginner you can expect faster gains, more initial soreness, faster strength gains as your brain and muscles get coordinated and recruit more fibers efficiently.
All of this will depend on a good routine, a good diet and adequate hydration and rest.:dumbbell:

I don't know about the gains but I sure know the soreness.
