Hi guy`s just joined your your forum and thought i would say hello ,lots of interesting stuff here , i have a bit of a problem getting motavated some times , i tend to be a fitness binger (ie) when i get the buzz i get myself into good shape and a good level of fitness but it only seems to last till this happens then i let myself go again .i have done this for over 15 years now and dont know why .At the minute i am in one of them fitness cycles i started 8 weeks ago i was 16st 12lbs with a body fat reading of 24% i am now at 16st 8lbs and my body fat is at 20%i would like to get the fat down to at least 16%, i mite add that i used to do bodybuilding but stopped that 6 years ago at that time i weighed 19st i still hold a lot of muscle and this is where most of my current weight comes from i keep telling myself lol.Any ideas on how to keep myself going instead of stopping and starting all the time .Thanks
