Hey everyone!
I am so glad I found this - and amazed too I must say. A FREE fitness site totally dedicated to helping those like myself get in shape and lose weight! :big_smile:
Well I have at least 44lbs (20kg) to get back to 70kg (which would put me in the healthy range again!)
Any help or suggestions would be great!

I've just signed up too and agree that this site is looking good! i just stumbled across it by chance but am definately gonna be a regular on here!

Congratulations on the weightloss - thats quite an acheivement, well done!
