question, to help my muscle grow because i dont eat alot and im only 16 sso i dont really buy the food in the house, should i be taking protein shakes and bars. i knwo it sounds silly but i never had them i went to a body shop that helps u increase muscle and i went in and there were all thses suppliments it was really hard not to just buy them but i resisted and though i should ask ft first any ons opinions and thoughts would be very helpful thank you.

You need to get balanced nutrients in. Protein/carbs/fats. Isocaloric is a good way to start...that is equal amounts of each. Protien for instance is 4 calories per gram, as is carbs. Fats are 9 calories. This can be optimal and easy for a beginner to comprehend.

cheers am just trying to get healthed up and looking good for stage i got 3 or 4 gigs coming up so i wont to look my best
