How do I know which weight training I should do? There are 4 listed - do I do them all or only 1, and if only 1 - which one? Thanks! Brand new here - in fact, I'm starting on Monday and want to be totally ready! Thanks for any help!

Not sure of your question, Mary. Do you mean there are four exercises listed on your workout?
