Newbie w/ a quick question

I am going to be starting my first 8 week program tomorrow. I have it set up as a three days per week routine. The system has me working out Monday, Thursday, and Saturday but I was really looking for M,W,F...is it OK to shift those two days?

Sure go for it. I am on a 3 day a week program as well, and find it better to work out Tues, Thurs, Sun, so when I print my workouts I just add the days I will work out. Welcome to ft. Thanks for filling in the profile. Good luck on the goals.
