Hello everyone. I'm trying to get myself into shape (not back into shape, since the only shape I've been has been round). One of my main focal points is my wrists and forearms. I'm in school for massage therapy and tend to tire out my arms. What are some good ways to strengthen the forearms and wrists (while I'm typing this, my arms are fatiguing).
I posted this twice before but for some reason, I kept getting logged out and it posted as NULL. I'm hoping that's why no one was responding :big_smile:

For my forearms I do wrist curls and reverse wrist curls. They kill my forearms. Reverse curls also help. It is my guess that these exercises will also help your wrist
You can grab 2 plates in each hand, with thumb and fingers pointed down, and make a couple of laps around the gym/house. Start off with fairly light plates, and concentrate on the length of time you can hold them at your side while you are walking.........good for muscle endurance.
