I am new to this community, but have a question regarding the program designed for me. I am exercising 5 days a week. I also have included the special 12 week abdominal program and the 8 week glute and thigh program. My question though...how come there have been no abdominal or special glute/thigh exercises included in my normal program yet?
Your glute and thigh prgram are implemented into your workout. as far as your abdominal program goes, after you choose to agree to the exercise terms on the next page, look below and it will say specialty prgrams (or something like that), click on that link to view it.
