can i just add a certain food or do i have to take each carb protien fat grams and add each individually? if i eat an omlette, pancakes, and fruit/ can i add each food? or what?
and is it ok to lift 6 days a week, or stick to the 3 times a week program from ft?
Welcome to ft, for the nutrition part of your question. A lot of foods have been put in for you to select from if you cant find what you want than just entre your carbs, fat, protein. For the work out part you should only work any particular muscle once a week to allow it time to recoup from the work out that is when you will increase in size and strength if you work the same muscles often with minimul rest inbetween you will not have as good results plus you can hurt your muscles easier that way.
