Hey all!
I'm 18, m,and I'm 135 lbs. Its so damn hard to get rid of this belly flab. Is there another way to loose it other than sit-ups?. I also have been taking a drug called "Trimspa" I don't know if y'all have heard of it, but, anyway. I was wondering if anybody can offer me some advice into getting back to the way I was before, a skinny person. I don't care about six packs or anything. I just want a flat stomach :-). Any tips would be great! Thank you :-)
