My question is: In oder to lose wt. what should I do
A- Focus only on cardio only,lose some wt. then work on muscles/tone up or
B- Workout muscles only then cardio or
C- workout muscles and do cardio at the same time
Which one is better to lose wt.

you should do C to reach that goal.

Remember that diet is 80% of the way you look in order to reach your goal do "c" and get on a nutritional plan. There are lots of great ideas here. Welcome!

The more muscles you have the more calories you'll burn. And it's a lot easier to stay slim when you got lots of lean muscle mass.... Cardio 3-4 times 45 min per week and curcuit weight training 3 times. Good luck!

Dear Oscar,
I did the "Body for Life" program last September for 12 weeks and lost 38lbs. It is a book by Bill Phillips. It will teach you about the diet portion, the cardio portion and the weight training portion. I have lost over 80lbs of fat and gained over 20 lbs of muscle since that time. It is an excellent resource for beginners.
