When I do heavy weights with benchpress my shoulder pops out, it doesn't get dislocated but just pops out, and is quite painful afterwards ie sore, restricted movement, What should I do???? Need help, this has happened before but i just wait then work out again couple weeks later
I do a little light to moderate on bench, but after one set i just step it up to heavy. do you think I need to stick with light to moderate for longer?
