Next Routine Advice

I'm half way through my second 8-week mass routine. I've gotten good results, added a net 8 pounds over the past 13 weeks and have gotten much stronger, more defined, and more mass. Now what? A definition routine?

I'm guessing my body fat is around 9-10%, and would like to take that down a little but keep the mass I've gained.
