OK, I need some direction here - I have finished the first 8 week workout routine with FT - I had signed up for the 12 week ab program at the same time. I have continued the ab program, and took a week off before starting the next 8 week routine. The problem is, I don't have any abs in the new routine and only have 2 weeks left in the 12 week ab program. Will abs be added once I finish or should I just end the 12 week program altogether? I hope that made sense.
