I have been working out for a few months and have had good muscle gain. I want to keep building muscle however loose a tad bit of weight and get more definition.
At the moment im increasing in weight and decreasing in reps each set??
Do i keep doing this to build muscle and other exercises to make better definition??
What sort of stuff do you do for definition - does light weights and lots of reps work???
Also, what cardio does everyone do??? Please help??
I did the toning work out on this and i'm getting decent muscle definition. I had a lot of fat though, like 21 percent. I'm now down to 15 percent, but still like to get lower. I ran on the elliptical for 30-45 min. and alternated to the stationary bike every other day.
