What are your goals?

This is the first time I've ever heard of it so I checked it out, just out of curiosity. I'm personally not impressed - especially for the price.

I play OL so I'm not really trying to get ripped just stronger and bigger.

Last August I maxed 285 for bench. We maxed at school about 4 weeks ago and I maxed 275 for bench. I've been taking NITRO-TECH Hardcore for about 2 weeks now and I've gained some weight. I don't feel bigger (fatter) I feel like I have more muscle and I maxed today and benched 290.

The numbers you're putting up are beyond impressive. You are doing a fantastic job. However, supplements don't make you lift more. You did that on your own. I am willing to bet $$ that if you stopped, you'd still make gains. I'm a football coach for a team that won the National 5A title in 2005 and 2006, FL State Champs 2004-06. We do not recommend that kind of supplement for our players, especially ones who are under 18. Eat a clean diet and train like an enraged madman and good things will come. I still recommend saving your money.

Thanks, last summer I took (Six Star Muscle Fuel: CREATINE). It was $20 at Wal-Mart, pills. When I was taking this last summer, I lifted the most weight I've ever lifted. 285, 450, 460. I didn't take it during the football season and lost 10 pounds and MAX'ed 275, 405, 405. I started taking it again last week and I got my bench up to 290. Do you think the creatine is ok to take or is it jsut that we only lifted twice a week during the season and we lift a lot more during the summer and offseason?

I have a question for you too. I do a lot of extra weight lifting at my hosue for my upper body, but do you have any workouts I can do to help strengthen my legs at home?

Creatine is a fantasic and safe supplement. It's is one of the few supps with tons of scientific backing. For your purposes, Creatine monohydrate is the way to go (i believe that Six Star is CM), and take it with fast carbs, like dextrose.

Personally I have stopped using any type of creatine about a year ago. I started eating properly right after I graduated from college this past May. (It feels good to actually eat real food) I started doing a lot more legs and I noticed increasing gains in all aspects of my workouts.

If creatine did anything at all it was making me retain a lot of water which was making me look bloated. Supplements I take now are protein, fish oil, and flaxseed oil.
