Hey ive been doin the 12 week ab program and ive been doin my own when i have free time, im a skinny guy wight 115 and im 5'6, i do alot of ab workouts and they get stronger but not more visible, i cant looe more weight cuz im already under, so wat should i do?

You have to keep an eye on the diet... the saying 'round here is 'abs are created in the kitchen.'

I've resigned myself to the fact I'm not ever going to have a six pack as I like beer too much... guess that sorta is a six pack....

Hey t do u know anywere were i could get a good diet for myself tho cuz i only weigh 115 and im like a stick:( i just wanna go on a diet that will be right for me cuz its not to loose weight

Well, I can't think of any one place for a specific diet. There are lots of suggestions on this site.. check out the Diet and Nutrition section.. lots of great ideas and recipes there...

One of two things, your doing doing your abb excercises right........and the other, you can only "spot build so much" This is kinda the opposite fo "spot reduce" . I Fyou want nice abbs you need to add some good muscle eavery where, not just your stomach.
About the form thing.....abbs are more abotu concentrating ont he muscle, not just pumping out reps, you should hodl the contraction for 3 to 5 secs, the lower down. then up holf for 3 to 5 sec etc. Feel them contract!

thx man il try the hold when i do my 12 wek ab thing
