Ok so I'm really new to this whole thing so im not sure where to start i wanted to ask if someone would take me under their wing and give me suggestions on what i can do i have no access to a gym and only about an hour a day to myself. i want a diet plan as well thank you and all suggestions would help
I am also in the same book. I just chose the beginners package they have here that does not require a gym. I typically spend 45mins 3 days a week at it. Really not that bad
