Hi people!I am 5 foot 4 and weigh 110 pounds. This is an ok weight level, but i have a small body frame so its made up of alot of fat. I want to exercise mainly to lose excess fat on my thighs and tummy, but I don't have access to a gymn. I however have some aerobics dvds i use at home. How do i know I'm doing the right routines? How long and how often should i exercise? should i use one routine over time, or do I change constantly?

you dont need to go to gym to get exerise, and you dont need to follow an arobics video there is lot you can do on your own.

go to a grass field some where and do thoes same stupid drills your school gym teacher had you do. the ones that you probably hated doing becasue they where hard work...you know stuf like jumoping jacks, jumping rope, crab walks, side stepping drills, body rolls. sprinting drills, pushups , dips, rusian squats, good moornings, lunges, situps, crunches, bananas...etc

Used weight sets can be found quite cheaply, and allow you to do even more exersis. a chin up bar wuld be really usefull for you

and when it comes to running, dont just jog. sprinting is a great exersise, it helps build muscle and power.

and dont forget to do plenty of stretching

if you excersize an area it won't burn the fat off of that area. your body will burn fat from your body equally in all places. if you do searches on no weight workouts you can find a lot of stuff out there theres some free palities sites out there too for flexibility as well as strength.

another excersize you can do is burpee's (if you add a jump onto the end instead of just staninding up there more challenging)
