I train at home (material : 2 dumbels 1 barbell). I'am training with the beginner program (5 days a week). But i dont have a bench (and i cant buy one for the moment).
Is there some other exercices to remplace the "Dumbell Incline Presses"? Can i perform the "Barbell Flat Bench Presses" on the ground?

You can be a little more creative than that. Why don't you lean back against your sofa in an inclined position...then do your presses.
Otherwise, doing them on the ground should work as well.

I know you said you can't get a bench right now, but here's some tips to save the $$$. You can look in your local newspaper and you can pick one up for cheap. Try a store like Wal-mart, K-mart, etc; they have the benches for $20-30. When I was a kid (13 or so), I used a pile of boards that my Dad had outside behind the house. It worked for all I needed it to do.

I don't have a bench, either - don't have the room. If you're doing an exercise where you need a fuller range of motion than you'll get lying on the floor you can use a firm cushion between your shoulder blades. If you need to create an incline you can do it with two firm cushions at an angle. It's not ideal and I know I probably look ridiculous reclining on my pillows to work out but oh well... my 4yo is the only one who sees. :)
