I came to this site in search of an excerise routine that I could follow, using just a home gym and what spare time I have. So far, it's working well. My main goal is to increase muscle mass (I'm 5'7 and almost 113 pounds)and gain some weight in general. No fad diets, please! I'll just try to eat more and definitely excercise more.
