:surprised:Hi guys, I go to sleep about 10:00 or 11:00 p.m. every day and I go to the gym Sunday to Friday. Most of the time I feel with no energy to exercise, and instead of gaining strenght to lift more weight i feel like I lift less. I take Hydorxycut (No ephedra nor Caffein). Any ideas how i can get energy or a boost in the morning? Thanks

Your maybe doing too much and exhausting yourself. Try one of the FT programs and make sure your eating right. There's plenty of ideas for good breakfasts/shakes to get you going in the morning in the site.

Try moving your workout to the afternoon if possible and see if that helps.
I have no energy in the morning either, probably has a lot to do with sleeping for 8+ hours with no food and your body is using whatever it has to rebuild itself.

What time do you have your last meal at night?

It maybe your trying to workout literally with no energy. Try to have some food in the morning possibly 2 hours before you train or like gsdkain says move your session to the afternoon.

Also try to do a day on day off routine so your body has time to recover.

Basically it's eat, drink, sleep and rest well and the energy should get better.

Well, I have my last meal at 9:00 p.m., but kind of in a high portein, low carb diet.

Merc, it really helps if you fill out a profile with info on your lifestyle, goals, experience level etc. Also weight training and low carb diets are counterproductive. You need the right carbs for the energy to workout and protein for growth.

Take a look at some of the nutritional info here and see how your diet stacks up. Filling out the inf requested will let the sight give you a guide to eat by. Welcome to FT.

Thanks for the hint. I finished filling out my profile.
Do you think you can give me some advice?

Merc, advice here is free. From what I've read your main problem is the low carb thing. Low or poor carbs=low energy.
