I am aware of the NO part being a waste of money, but has anyone tried this stuff? and if so any results? I have never realy had any noticable gains from creatine but decided to try this I was buying some vitamins and the had this jug that was discounted because the jug was dented so I tried it, and I am not sure if it is because of the time off from the gym I took because of a accident or if it is the no-explode but I feel pumped and have alot of energy after taking it, I like the fact that its not because of the sugar contect,, I do not like to take in alot of sugar. Anyways has anyone took this stuff and what do you think of it???
thanks in advance for you replies

I have not tried it unfortunately so my answer isn't going to be the one you want. Supplements are only about 5% of the growth you might see in comparison to a proper diet. A proper diet and hard training done properly can be up to 95% of your muscle growth. You will most likely never truly see any significant results just by taking a supplement.
For the answer you are more likely looking for, a friend of mine in the gym has been bragging about NO Explode for the last month before he bought it. He's been on it over a month now and I still see no difference. I continue to push well past his efforts each day in the gym and he continues to brag about how pumped he feels. Problem is he has a really bad diet, so he'll probably never really gain much.
Hope this gives you some information you can use. Bodybuilding is truly a lifestyle of eating right and training hard. Good luck!

if it works fo ryou then it works, but a "pump" doesn't induce or make muscles grow.
tearing or breaking down of tissue, rest and diet builds muscles. You may "apear" bigger or stronger, but after you stop taking it ,the "pump" will go way.

My biggest problem with it is the mixing of several ingredients, in particular, creatine and caffiene.
