Straight leg dead lifts + a momentary lapse in good form = Hector flat on his back with an ice pack and me feeding him his eggs, some Naproxin, and cancelling his tee time.

Coming from a guy, make sure you give him lots of pampering today.

Good luck dfly!!!!!!!
If Hector is anything like my husband, being sick (under the weather, hurt, in pain) is like they're on their death bed!!!
I hope Hector's feeling better soon and can reschedule his golf tee time.

I have always thought that SLDLs are one of the best ways to injure your back. Hope your feeling better now.
-------------- I will get to it as soon as I am done lifting.
