I live in a tiny rural town with no gym so I am going to have to do something instead of weights.I am starting out my plan for the first time and am going to combine it with walking everyday,mowing and whippersnipping for an hour a day,and riding my horse twice a week,My question is should I do the exercises on the plan before or after the walking etc.I will be doing the gardening first thing in the morning before breakfast and the walking in the afternoon with my kids who are homeschooled are the xercises suitable for the kids(9,7 and 5 yrs) to join in ,maybe with fewer reps??
