Hi, been working out for about 7 months now. I weigh only 155 lbs, and i bench around 200 and im 15 years old. I really need to put on mass for basketball, cause it looks like ill be starting next year.

I've been taking creatine for quite some time, and to be completely honest, i haven't seen any difference. I dont know what to do, should i stay on the creatine, or switch to protein perhaps? Any other suggestions?

*Again, i really want to GAIN weight, please help.

Google.com the following

Starting Strength 5x5 ...there's a wikipedia of the program

You may also want to get the book by same name as it's very good and easy to read.

Bill Starr's 5x5 program is another proven method

Basically most programs with heavy barbell freeweights are good good. You should be on a program where you're squatting 2-3 days a week. Focus on eating a ton and sleeping at least 9-10 hours.

You dont really need creatine at this point.
