If you never had a problem before, it shouldn't change anything. There are sugars in vegetables and fruits, as well as dairy products, so our body's still get it.

Well, Carbs and sugars both effect your blood sugar. You don't have to eat junk to get them because they are naturally occuring in lots of foods..well, really almost all foods. So I wouldn't be concerned. If you think you have low blood sugars some warning signs are crankiness, being tired, feeling "off" and some people even discribe it as feeling really confused or drunk. Headaches are also a big tell tale sign as well. :) However, I'm no doctor, so if you do feel sick or think you have low blood sugars just talk to your health care professional.

Oh yeah, I stayed up a bit too late last night and didn't realize how low my blood sugar levels had gotten until I started feeling like a weighed 9 pounds and was standing in a wind tunnel.

It's good to consume about 10 grams of carbs for every 30 grams of protein. If you cut carbc completely you will not have energy for your body but more importantly for your brain. Try to stay away from the simple carbs though (sugar, white bread, etc). Replace with whole grain breads (no enriched flour), etc.

for every 30, carbs are your fuel, just stay away from the simple ones.
