I am a mom of 3 wonderful children and also a asst general manager for a busy resturaunt and work between 50 to 60 hours a week. It makes it hard to find time to exercise other than what I do at work, and that doesnt help me loose weight.

Sounds like you DON'T have the time! If there is a way to find that time, without getting up at 4am, let me know too? Looks like you could use a reply from one of the free trainers on this site. This site doesn't seem too active? Hope you can get the answers you're looking for, just like me. :)

OH! And you are a beautiful woman! Even with the weight you are in your picture. I'm sure you're a great mother too! Hopefully you get enough time with your kids despite your busy schedule? Maybe that time could be active time? Fun exercise activities or something? Course I don't know your kids' ages, and I'm not one to talk right now and give advice because I sit around with my kids. I gotta get up and moving! :)

RE: FIFTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS INHERITANCE CLAIM (US$15,500,000,00)

Please do not be offended if this message comes to you as I ought to have sought your consent and approval before e-mailing this proposal to you but I acted as I did due to the importance and urgency of this business. Which ever way you may look at it, let it please you to respond quickly either negatively or positively.

My name is Barrister Michael Thomas; I am a Legal representative, and Attorney to Late Mr Phillip Cornell. In the Year 2004, my client by name Mr. Phillip Cornell passed away, leaving behind a cash inheritance of Fifteen million Five hundred thousand United States Dollars (us$15,500,000,00).

My late client and bosom friend grew up in a "Motherless Babies Home". He had no family, no beneficiary nor do next of kin to the inheritance consignment left behind at the finance security company batch no xx2604AF.

The Financial law of inheritance clearly allows for the deceased security company to use deceased consignment as deemed fit, should the inheritance consignment be left unclaimed after the death of the consignment owner?

The reason that you have been contacted now is to present you as the beneficiary and next of kin to my late client consignment then you will stand as his next of kin and claim the consignment.

The Inheritance Law clearly leaves the proof of who is or is not the next of kin, to the deceased Lawyer to prove. As the deceased Lawyer, the Law says l have the final say of who is the beneficiary of the deceased consignment.

This is 100% percent legal. As a lawyer I know this. As this will be a testimony for you and me if you make up your mind, for the claim.

I do not want this funds to go into the hands of our corrupt government officials, who have embezzled our national funds all these years. My interest in this abandoned deposit is as follows:

(1) To see that this abandoned deposit is not handed over to the corrupt government officials of our recent President Faure Gnassingbe.

(2) To make you the Next of Kin to the late Mr. Phillip Cornell and whom he has willed the said deposit before his death.

(3) To ensure that the deposited funds is transferred to you as your INHERITANCE.

(4) To ensure that my own share of it is invested wisely in your country in any viable area of investment. If you are interested in this proposal and you are ready to handle this proposal perfectly and with trust, then contact me at once, and we can work out the details, and the issue of your compensation.

If you are not interested, and have found this email offensive or you think this is a scam, please do not reply. Please for more information you are advised to contact my alternative box below : michael_thomas774k@yahoo.com

Regards,
Barrister Michael Thomas(ESQ

Hi, Shetaz01.
Being a busy mom with a full-time job does make it difficult to "find" the time to workout. I would recommend "making" the time. It doesn't have to be hours spent at the gym, it can start as simple as a 15 minute walk. Do you spend any time watching TV? Replace this time with a walk, if you are catching the news, get a MP3 player that also has radio so that you can do both. Depending on your schedule, and to help encourage your children to keep an active lifestyle, take them to the park for 1/2 hour a couple times a week and you walk around the park. Then after a couple of days, you can add a couple of handweights, buidling up your exercise. This is how I started my weightloss (currently have lost 82 lbs!). Once you make the time or put it into your schedule, you'll find that it becomes easier.
Another option is to simply cut calories. Although you can lose weight this way, adding exercise makes a big difference.

Hello Shetaz 01,
I'm just starting my journey into working out regularly but I think that one thing that I invested in will really help me to 'workout' while I'm at work which is just buying ankle weights to wear while I'm at work. It isn't much but I'm sure every little bit helps. My manager started wearing some first and she said that she already sees a difference after a few weeks. We work in retail so when there is no one in the store she will do leg lifts and stuff like that then stop when customers come in. If you can't stop at work even for that long then it will at least help you while you're doing whatever you're already doing. Missyaline has a good point though, if you really want to be healthy and active and it is important to you then you really do have to make the time. Like she said even fifteen minutes will do. I know that I'm really out of shape so what I have planned is to start slow with just a five minute run with my boyfriend. I'm going to start it off even slower by just walking fast for one minute then running for one minute, up to five minutes at first, until I can control my breathing and get up my endurance then I will increase the time. I know this post is long but I hope that it is helpful. :)
