I'm new to this web site and am really enjoying it, however I was wondering why I'm being told to do the same exercises 2 weeks in a row. I'm afraid to see what week 3 brings. Will the workout vary anytime soon? Thanks
kc_sasser, welcome to ft, you can do the same workout process for up to 3 weeks before any change is needed, this is to get your body used to working those muscles. People usually change their routine around the 3rd or 4th week so as not to let their muscles adapt to the routine. You are on safe ground, no worries. good luck
