Have been at it for at least 8 wks now, have alot of some very noticable definition too. I am getting very strong and have been adding weigt to all my reps. Problem is that I have lost 15 lbs, went from 174 down to 159. I feel good and like my looks. Is this normal? Im now at about 10% body fat, was at 19%.
Also 2 weeks ago I started moderate use (1/2 the servings) of celltech and nitro tech. This fat loss and muscle gain at the same time is a little confusing for me. Or maybe its-no brains, all muscle?

All I can say is that if you are getting stronger and leaner you most likely are keeping the muscle you had and have a slight gain in more muscle mass. A almost 10% drop in body fat is awesome, I think you are doing great....

I'm not sure what you are asking. What is currently your goal?

Dropping your bodyfat % is a great accomplishment. It is normal for your scale weight to drop if your goal is to tone and define. Some of the weight that you lost is water weight. Since you've dropped your bodyfat % as well, you should have some good definition as you've burned off a good amount of fat.
