Been on it for 7 weeks, not bad but expensive for what it is....I combined it with a balanced diet, Micellan (?) MRP in afternoon and ON 100% Whey Post workout. Had solid gains in muscle, strength and endurance.
Side effect - depending on the food the night before, it can make you poo within 1/2hr -45 min after consumption...something to do with L - thyrosine.
Taste - raunchy ....really needs work.
