Hello! I am 22 and just starting to get back in the swing of lifting and getting more definition and muscle mass, and my sister is into lifting and fitness competitions and things like that, and she suggested NO Xplode as a supplement. I've heard mixed things about it but i was wondering about some key concerns I had:
1. if for some reason i stop taking it, will that have an impact on my muscles or my metabolism?
2. is it a good idea to maybe lift on my own for a while before taking supplements so i dont injure myself, or is it pretty safe?
3. will taking no xplode as well as lifting 3-4 days a week make me bulk up like a man??
