Yes, though you might not get enough out of NO2 to make it worthwhile.

Yes, if you want to waste your money. Stick with the creatine if you must, but don't throw hard earned money away on NO2 crap.

Food..proper diet, plenty of rest. Don't fall for any of the supplement companies hype. There is no supplement out there no matter what you read or what "pro" says so, that will put mass on you without a proper diet, and then it is pretty rare, no more than a boost in testosterone.
