I think it's working, though haven't weighed myself....maybe a slight gain in muscle mass >. Muscle firmness is the biggest improvement (at slightly firmer) though that could be noticeable due to the slight drop in BF%. Recovery time seems to be improving marginally though could be unrelated to the product (as with the BF% drop)....I'm still following the exercise routine, diet etc. and just started the creatine upload (2 days early..ooops). Still with the glutamine and whey.
No real gains in strength, weight etc......

i've been considering taking NO2 but is it really worth the money? and is it bad if you take NO2, creatine, glutamine, zma and protein??

Mike-co, why would those be bad? They are all different entities that work on different levels. When taken correctly, these supps can be very beneficial and in no way toxic. Protein is an essential building block to muscle and is very much needed to gain lean mass.
