Lately I've been having flavored gum, and on nutritional ingredients it has "sugar alcohol".
I'm trying to lose mass right now, and I just need verification that these "carbs" have absolutely no impact on anything, correct?
And if I'm attempting to lose weight at 120 pounds at 5'9" from my stomach while doing cardio and occasional weight lifting, what should be my carb/fat/protein ratios, and how many total calories?
I would REALLY APPRECIATE answers. You guys have been invaluable so far.

It's not that they have no impact - they wouldn't have any calories then. What it is, is that they have a much lower and slower impact on raising blood sugars, and, and as a result, raising insulin levels. This is the reason why sugar alcohols are used in so many diabetics' foods.
