I am new to the community, so I thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Ryan, I am 28 years old, have been married for 7 years, and have a 3 year old daughter. From my last statement you can probably understand why I havent been in shape for awhile. I started an exercise program in February and have gone from 281 lbs down to 246 lbs which felt amazing, but I have kind of hit a plateu in my weight loss and need new ideas. I am working out 3-5 days a week including cardio and weight training. Obviously I am in a cutting cycle right now trying to tone and lose about 20 more lbs so I can start building. I am kinda a supplement whore, but I think what I take works and makes me feel better. I have Crohn's disease which has also made getting back in shape harder, but I am fighting it tooth and nail.
