Hey everyone, I just joined up to ft last week and I am enjoying the fitness plan.
My main goals are to put on some muscle again and take off my extra baggage lol!
I would suggest filling out your profile... even if it's just something short and straight to the point.
Looks like we have the same goals. My biggest challenge is EATING ENOUGH CARBS! LOL But, I have lost some weight, feel great, have more energy now even though I've all but given up coffee and energy drinks.
