I did my normal workout routine...
Woke up, went to the gym on an empty stomach (always do), did my normal routine, came home, drank half a bottle of water and started feeling sick.
I have never gotten sick after a workout especially a routine workout, I mean out came all the water.. but I am also taking antibiotics so I dont know if this may have had an effect..?
Why did I get sick...too much water too fast?
Sounds like water stomach........empty stomach and too much water at once can cause that.
