Tonight while I was lifting I got a nose bleed. Has this ever happen to anyone else? Does anyone know what could have caused this? My diet seems pretty good and I do take a multi-vitamin.

Maybe extreme pressure in upper body, Were you or are you getting sick? Also did you take amything different lately that could have thinned your blood. -snow

No I didn't feel sick and as far as taking anything different I wasn't. However my arms experienced one of the best pumps ever. My arms twitched for 2 hours after my workout. But the nose bleed thing sort of scared me. I been trying to find information on the net but nothing exercise related is showing up. It must have been an increase in blood pressure but however it is occurs again I'm going to see my doctor.

Its happened to me a few times, but not in the past couple months. I never got a bad nose bleed; just a little trickle to let me know it was bleeding. I think mine was from elevated blood pressure. Could be from a variety of different things, though.

DRY CLIMATE, VITAMINS DEFFICIENCY, FATIGUE ARE THE MAIN REASONS FOR THE NOSE BLEED.... HAPPNENED TO ME LAST YEAR BECAUSE OF OVERTRAINING AMD NOT GETTIN` THE ENOUGH MINERALS AND VITAMINS..........

TRY TO REST FOR A WHILE AND YOU `LL COME BACK AS NEW .....
