What I mean is I have changed and added exercises (becuase I just bought the Arnold Schwarzenegger - The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding..Amazing book btw :) ) and I have gone to more exercises per body part and less sets for all of them. Example today I did biceps, tri's, upper abs and I had 3 exercises for biceps, 2 for tri's and 2 for upper abs. Each of the three bicep exercises work a different part of the bicep. I have 3 sets for each exercise (1st set is 50% of last weeks max, 2nd set is last weeks max, and 3rd is 10-20 pounds higher then last week as many times as I can) But when I am maxing on the third set evetually the part gives out for about 3-5 minutes and then I can go on to my next exercise. Can this routine work and has anyone had a similar routine with success. Thanks
