I've read that the recommended amount of calories is 2000
for the 'average' woman.
I don't generally keep an exact count, but I did total it up one day, and I had less than 1500. I am trying to lose some fat so do want less that 2000, but is this ok, being about 600-700 less that the recommended amount?? I would think i take in the roughly the same amount of calories everyday.
Also, what if you're taking in a lot less than the recommended amount of fat (70g)

You are not telling us much about yourself. Need to know what your activity level is , do you do cardio, resistance training, your present weight, and height.
I don't beleive there is an average for any female or male,as we are all different.
Please fill out your profile so we can help you out with right advice.
