Whenever i goto do squats or leg presses, i never feel the burn or the pump. Funny thing is i used to get it, but not anymore. Is my form wrong, right/wrong form in the squat can be from jsut the way ur toes are pointed. I dont even know. I just want to feel it when i do these excercises, i dont care if i have to use the lightest weight, just want that pump that i crave. Thanks.

So you're telling me that after doing 3 sets of squats, your doing the last set/rep and your not sure if your going to make it out alive, and sitll no pump? Your legs should feel like jelly after doing a squat exersize.

it could be an indication, that you are ready to move to some heavier weights

change things up a little, try lunges for a few weeks or sissy squats, front squats, hack squats, etc...

i had that trouble, once. what worked for me was

lowering the weight and make the excercise slower
and changing excercises order.

give it a try, change.
