im 5'2 121lbs and still not slimmed down to what i really want to look like..ive been training for almost a year please help me! give me some suggestions!thanks!

Howis your diet? It counts for 50% of your goal in the gym. You can train untill the moon turns blue and won't see good results if your eating isn't right.

What is your bodyfat? make sure you have a realistic goal/vision in mind.

Do you do any resistance training? If you don't, it sounds like this is what you need. Some good circuit type training may be very good for you. It will tone your body, build muscle, and burn fat at the same time. Just dieting alone will not do it for you, what you want to see.
