Hi I am a 37 year old women and I lift 5 days a week and supplement with creatine and protein powders, and try to eat very healthy. I feel as though I am not getting stronger I stay at same weight and cant get past that lifting weight. I burn out through work outs and am getting depressed I want to gain mass and lose fat. My goal is to really define each muscle and turn heads. Can someone help me ????????
I follow a four day Isolation monday chest and biceps, tues legs and traps and thursday back and triceps and friday shoulders and abs and day off I do some stretching or small amount of cardio. I work a 8rep or more 4 set rountine.
I have a physical job and get tired when I go to gym but I try to push. I usually take some protein before I go.
