not to sound TOO overly sensitive but yesterday was my rest day and one of my pets died. since my partner and i don't have kids(guys don't reproduce-but that could lead to other issues!!) so today i'm not feeling too motivated. any suggestions??!!

I am so sorry for you and you are not a f*g! This is from one newbie to another, but here's my $.02. Take a step or kbox class - Especially if you don't normally. Having to pay attention to what you're doing will take your mind off things at least for a little while. Hope this helps a little.

Pets are good friends and when they disappear it hurts...... Give yourself a rest (or do what I do when I'm feeling a little sad; go out for a run!!)

adding to philia, usualy when people are angry, it's good to go outside and get a run, it helps boost your self esteem up. Then when you have enough self esteem in you aftr a while, you will feel motivated again

Good advice. Running will let a lot out. It will take time to get over a pet as they sometimes are part of the family. My father-in-law treats his dog just as he would a kid.
